Because our soaps and body products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for used products due to scent preference or skin sensitivity, as every person’s skin reacts differently.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
